Restorative Trigger Point Dry Needling

Trigger point dry needling is a technique that helps reduce myofascial pain related to a variety of different injuries and conditions. A thin filament needle is inserted into a specific tender or painful area of muscle tissue called a “trigger point”. Trigger points are hyper-irritable spots or palpable nodules within taut bands of muscle fascia that radiate or refer pain. The benefits of TDN are often felt immediately and work to reduce muscle tension, promote tissue healing, decrease myofascial pain, and increase range of motion
